Your role will be to ensure everyone is fully trained up and can do their job effectively in our stores. As our training and development manager you will help employees learn new skills and develop existing ones.
As well as helping to design and develop a bespoke L&D Program, you will liaise with the senior management team to establish the company’s needs and co-ordinate courses to ensure employees can work effectively and meet the organisation’s present and future needs.
There’s a lot of multi-tasking and organising to do in this job, and your work-day will involve:
