  • About The Role

  • Successful applicants of the Graduate Scheme will immediately get exposure to the Senior Management Team. During sessions with the SMT, you will quickly learn the ethos of the business and get a full understanding of the vast opportunities there are available.

    Your first months will be learning on the job from the bottom up, working in the various departments. You will also be expected to complete an online learning programme during your first 6 months.

    On a day to day basis, you will be led by a member of management who will set you various tasks that they will expect to be completed. You will learn fundamentals to retail and quickly become confident in dealing with customers and their needs.

    The progression of a graduate depends on the individual, however you should expect that after a year, you will have graduated from the scheme. Promotion should follow and in turn you will earn many more responsibilities. We will help you decide and focus on the areas of retail that you are interested in from that point on.
